Whether company party or exhibition, whether your own event or participation -- success only comes if you can concentrate on the basics. You shouldn´t need to bother with booking a hotel, catering, transportation, setup and demounting. Having the responsibility of making every decision yourself makes it nearly impossible to deal with your original work.

As a former management assistant I organize every event from the first meeting until the last feedback. Everything in between is not your problem. All you have to do is to cultivate your contacts and dealing face-to-face with your clients. The rest is up to me.
